When the balls of the feet are collapsed and narrowed in, bunions and Morton’s Neuromas can develop from wearing high heels. Here is a way to develop this area of the foot and keep it from wearing down.

In 1 hour you can re educate both feet to stand and support the body so much better!
We have to educate the world that you can improve every part of the body with the right education. This person came to us to try to prevent 2 hip replacements. When we saw his feet we knew that without correcting his feet, the hip replacements would only injure him even more in his knees and feet. Since giving him the education about how to retrain his feet, his hips are so much better.
He asked why the doctors never mentioned any of this? Alignment is not part of the equation in most cases.

Words of Yamuna

Yesterday we saw a man at YAMUNA studio who was very happy to report that he had trecked 21 days in Tibet! He has been told he will need 2 hip replacements one day soon. He is looking to avoid surgery! We did some great hip releasing work using Yamuna Table treatment work to test the range of motion of the hips. When he got up and walked he had no pain and was moving quite easily for the first few

moments. Then the pain came back. We were looking at his feet! Both arches totally collapsed with both feet splayed out and his knees rubbing towards each other. When I explained that we could free the hips, but without changing the alignment of his feet and legs this would continuously damage his hips. I explained that we needed to focus on the feet at the same time we work the hips. No one had ever told him any of this. If they had performed 2 hip replacements without changing the feet and leg patterns this poor man would be worse off in a very short time. How do we educate people to the fact that it is their alignment that is where it all has to start when problem solving in the structure?

Words of Yamuna

I was teaching my class today how to find and work the tibialus anterior and posterior and peroneus longus. I said that if people learned how to find, work and activate these muscles there would not be all the collapsed arches and foot problems. Everyone thinks they pronate? I say pronation is a movement the foot and ankle can make. Most people have just collapsed their structure. Teach people how to activate these muscles and they will stand upright and uplifted from their feet!

Today during the last day of Yamuna Foot Fitness Training in Melbourne a man came to volunteer to be the model for a group foot assessment.

He had been a very athletic person his whole life and had had knee and foot surgeries on the right side only to remain with pain and discomfort that no longer allows him to do the one sport he still can do and loves, surfing. After a thorough assessment of his walking patterns and foot alignment we began to test his foot’s capabilities for improvement based on a fusion with 2 screws and multiple other surgeries. Because he has been so active his entire life, his body responded so quickly. His heel began to align even with the fusion to the talus! The tarsal bones began to align and he was able to bein to use the outside of his foot more fully.

We assessed his lack of use of his toes which are essential for foot balance, when we began to stretch and strengthen them the foot improved even more. This man had lost hope in being able to heal himself and during this hour he learned more about why the foot hurt and how to retrain and correct it than ever before!

No one along his journey ever explained to him what was wrong and how he could change his alignment and function on his own! So sad that so many people suffer far too long because they do not get told useful sensible information to help themself heal.

Day 2 of the Yamuna Foot Fitness Training in Melbourne, Australia:

The group is great. They are quickly getting the hang of how to assess a person’s foot alignment and walking pattern. They are learning how to do hands-on adjustments to help a person to feel the necessary shifts needed to improve their alignment and function. They have been doing hours of work in their own feet with all the Yamuna Foot Fitness routines.

By the end of today they were all in overload and could not do any more in their feet. So, we decided to work on connecting the skeletal and muscular connections from the hands through to the shoulder joints also using the Yamuna Foot Wakers. Connecting hands to shoulders is very similar to connecting feet to hips!

See more from my trip!
